We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to develop, implement, and evaluate provider and member communication plans for our product lines and services. The Marketing Coordinator Senior will manage a variety of outreach initiatives including direct mail, website development, provider portals, member packets, and collateral production. The successful candidate will partner closely with department staff, the Print Shop, and external vendors to create high‑impact publications that support Geisinger’s mission and goals.

Job Duties
  • Develop and oversee tracking and accountability methods for all marketing projects.
  • Use evaluations to determine future direction and improve program effectiveness.
  • Contribute to internal communications and prepare information for internal communication vehicles.
  • Coordinate projects with external printers, graphic artists, photographers, and other vendors.
  • Communicate collaboratively with management and staff and ensure effective communication processes.
  • Tailor oral and written communications to fit the audience.
  • Develop annual budgets with management and work to meet those budgets.
  • Maintain and update appropriate sections of internal and external websites and assist in website development.
  • Produce marketing communications in assigned areas and coordinate market research as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute regulated materials for members and providers, such as educational materials, brochures, newsletters, letters, and electronic communications.
  • Produce provider lists across all lines of business, ensuring accurate data and on‑time delivery.
  • Participate in project implementation and quality work groups and serve as a resource for regulatory audits.
  • Liaise with external agencies, printers, mail houses, and computer training vendors.
