• Support organizational goals in delivering safe, quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
• Lead infection prevention and control activities and coordinate inpatient activities with medical staff across the system.
• Implement and educate on the Infection Control Plan, coordinate rounds, and recommend changes to improve practices.
• Serve as resource for infection control initiatives and participate in joint commission and DOH surveys.
• Develop, review, and revise infection control policies and procedures and maintain CDC NHSN reporting compliance.

• BSN required; at least 2 years of RN work experience in a hospital setting.
• Prior experience in infection prevention, epidemiology, and infectious disease principles.
• Knowledge of joint commission and DOH survey requirements and experience with surveys helpful.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
