Registered Nurse Supervisor PT or PRN

Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts and ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with care plans and facility policies
- Respond to emergencies and act as the primary clinical decision-maker during shift
- Monitor staff performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and care needs
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care, incidents, and resident status changes
- Report concerns or issues to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing
