Compensation and Benefits

$3297/Weekly Gross: $2240/Week Taxable ($56/hr), $1057/Week Tax Free Stipends, Up to $600 for Travel Reimbursement Included.

• 56 cents per mile up to $300 each way
• Paid out on 2nd and last pay check
• Mileage calculated based on permanent address to facility address
• $15/hr for Orientation

7‑week contract. 10 or 12‑hour shifts.

10 or 12‑hour shifts, Days/Evenings. No call, no holidays, no weekends. Occasional weekends.

The Surgical Suite is a 24‑hour/7‑day per week department located on the second floor of the Abigail Geisinger Pavilion. It contains 37 operating rooms, one of which is specially equipped for Trauma, cystoscopy, and Neuro Endovascular procedures. The surgical suite includes a 15‑bed Same Day Pre‑op area, a 20‑bed Same Day Post‑op area including two isolation rooms, and an 8‑bay area including one isolation room attached to Same Day Post‑op.

The Post Anesthesia Care Unit has a 24‑bed capacity, including five isolation rooms and a 10‑bay Pediatric PACU including two isolation rooms.

Qualified Candidate is expected to be capable of functioning independently in a Level 1 Trauma Center Operating Room for all service lines.
