Hospice RN

Overview

Our client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients in Eastern PA, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and the ability to self-manage time and schedule.

• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of practice or multi-state if applicable
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don t have this - we will help you get it!)
• Valid Driver s License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

• Fulltime | Monday - Friday
• Flexible schedules, no long shifts, and minimal weekend shifts a year
