Role Overview

This is a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse position focused on providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical Remote Telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient and family needs.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary care, including education, discharge planning, and treatment execution.
  • Deliver direct patient care such as medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate proactively with physicians and healthcare team members to resolve patient needs.
  • Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and contribute to unit decision‑making.
  • Support a team-oriented environment with shared accountability.
