LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse – Urogynecology

A Clinic Nurse provides clinical support in outpatient settings, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and continuity of care.

• Collect and document patient history, vital signs, and chief complaints
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with minor procedures
• Administer medications, vaccines, and skin tests under provider supervision
• Collect and process lab specimens accurately
• Communicate with patients and providers to support timely care
• Maintain clean, properly equipped exam rooms following aseptic standards

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with prior inpatient or med-surg experience preferred
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care in clinical settings

This full-time role involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, primarily during daytime hours.
