Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, promoting safety, and coordinating interprofessional interactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing data for patient assessments and planning care based on scope of practice and standards.
- Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Reinforcing education, discharge planning, and family needs throughout hospitalization.
- Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies in accordance with policies.
- Evaluating nursing interventions and patient responses to optimize care plans.
- Collaborating with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Participating in evidence-based practice decisions and providing input for performance evaluations.
- Precepting and mentoring new staff and students.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required). Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and uphold safety standards.
