Role:Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a specialized acute care unit.
Responsibilities:Assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Ensuring patient safety, promoting positive patient and family experiences, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot equipment issues, educate patients on chronic conditions, and contribute to unit decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduate of a nursing specialty program (required), Bachelor's degree preferred. Critical thinker with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, make quick decisions, and remain calm under stress. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Key Duties:Perform assessments, provide direct patient care, evaluate intervention effectiveness, coordinate discharge planning, and promote safety and quality care. Participate actively in safety and educational programs, and uphold organizational policies.
