Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing outpatient clinical support in a team-oriented ambulatory care setting.
Responsibilities:- Assist providers with patient care, including obtaining medical history, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Support diagnostic procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and document tests for continuity of care.
- Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision, maintain sterile environments, and ensure proper room setup.
- Follow up on diagnostic testing, respond to patient inquiries, and facilitate effective communication between patients and providers.
- Promote a clean, safe environment adhering to aseptic protocols.
