Registered Nurse - Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Team Coordinator RN oversees nursing care delivery in a clinical environment, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.

Supervises nursing staff, conducts performance evaluations, manages staffing and supplies, and facilitates communication among team members. Assists with policy development, promotes evidence-based practices, mentors staff, and ensures regulatory compliance. Handles patient and family concerns, documents incidents, and supports a collaborative, patient-centered care environment aligned with Magnet principles.

Enrollment in Bachelor's Nursing program or graduation from specialty training required, with preferred BSN. Critical thinking, decision-making, teamwork, and the ability to work calmly in stress situations are essential. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary to coordinate care and foster a positive work environment.

Provide direct patient care, supervise staff, support professional growth, and participate in policy formulation. Ensure regulatory standards are met and resources are used efficiently. Engage in patient education, incident follow-up, and unit management to deliver optimal care.
