Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment, such as an Emergency Department or specialized units.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient and family needs.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure optimal patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
- Deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures per policies and standards.
- Reassess and revise care plans based on patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to address patient needs.
- Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Engage in unit decision-making and professional growth opportunities.
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
