Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and high-quality outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Coordinate patient interactions, collaborate with physicians and staff, and facilitate discharge planning.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decisions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and promote a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required).
• Ability to provide compassionate, adaptive care while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
