Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, 24-bed acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate care plans, deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostics, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary staff, to meet patient needs.
- Participate in decision-making, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure patient safety, promote satisfaction, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Engage in safety and quality education programs and unit activities.
Additional Details: Flex position requiring a minimum of 24 hours of availability, including weekends or holidays, with experience in telemetry and complex patient care preferred.
