Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Medical

Role Overview: This is a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse position on a 30-bed advanced acute care unit, focusing on medical patients and serving as backup for trauma, neuro, and surgical cases. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering compassionate patient care, promoting safety, and enhancing patient and family satisfaction.

• Conduct patient assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including education, discharge planning, and family support.
• Provide direct patient care such as treatments, medication administration, and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to unit decision-making.
• Engage in quality and safety initiatives to improve care standards.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
