Registered Nurse - Pain Management - Per Diem

The Registered Clinic Nurse provides primary nursing support, assisting physicians with diagnosis and treatment, patient education, and adherence to treatment plans.

Act as clinic lead, oversee clinic flow, triage patient calls, document medical histories, prepare patients for examinations, assist with invasive procedures, collect lab specimens, administer medications including IV push and IV medications, monitor and manage IVs and infusion therapies, and ensure proper operation of diagnostic equipment.

Provide patient instruction, assist with invasive procedures, maintain sterile technique, and educate staff and patients. Responsible for cleaning and preparing procedure rooms, wearing protective equipment during fluoroscopy, and serving as preceptor for new staff.

Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with at least one year of RN experience preferred. Competent in sterile technique, medication administration, IV management, and equipment operation. Must complete annual competencies, including radiation safety and advanced cardiovascular life support.
