Registered Nurse - Per Diem

The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet diverse patient needs.

• Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Develop and coordinate care plans
• Administer treatments and medications
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Participate in evidence-based practice
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives

• Must have graduated from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
