LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Hematology​/Oncology

Role Overview: This position supports outpatient clinical care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), providing high-quality, patient-centered services in a supportive ambulatory environment.

• Assist providers by obtaining patient histories, vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
• Perform basic clinical tasks, including assisting with minor procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Administer medications and vaccines under provider supervision, including skin testing.
• Maintain a clean, organized examination environment, ensuring asepsis and readiness of instruments and equipment.
• Communicate with patients, responding to questions and prioritizing provider communication to ensure efficient care.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Ability to provide care for patients across specific age ranges.
• Strong clinical support skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
