Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Surgery

This is a full-time Inpatient RN position offering up to $24,000 hiring incentive, with competitive pay starting at $41.50 per hour, higher for experienced candidates, and shift differentials. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering compassionate nursing care to meet patient needs, promoting safety, and ensuring optimal patient and family experiences.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Provide direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
