Registered Nurse – Medical ICU

This inpatient RN position involves assessing, planning, and providing compassionate nursing care to patients in a critical care environment. Responsibilities include performing assessments, developing and executing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating patient responses. The role emphasizes patient safety, satisfaction, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in quality improvement activities.

• Completing assessments and addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinating and providing patient education, discharge planning, and family support.
• Delivering direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborating with physicians and team members to meet patient needs.

Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Must demonstrate critical thinking, attention to detail, integrity, and effective communication. Ability to remain calm under stress and work as part of a team is essential.
