This inpatient RN position involves providing complex patient care in a fast-paced, 24-bed unit, focusing on medical diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD, cardiac, renal, GI disorders, and postoperative cases.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient and family needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
- Deliver direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures per policy.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, educate patients and families, and participate in discharge planning.
- Evaluate interventions, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate proactively with healthcare team members.
- Participate in unit decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; compassionate, team-oriented, with strong assessment and communication skills.
