Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Surgery

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering patient care in a clinical setting.

Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate comprehensive care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and promote patient safety and satisfaction. Active participation in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and team goals is essential.

Graduation from a nursing specialty training program, compassionate care skills, ability to perform assessments, effective communication, teamwork, and commitment to safety standards.

Manage diverse patient needs, educate patients and families, participate in unit decision-making, and support organizational quality and safety efforts.
