Registered Nurse – NICU

Seeking an experienced RN for a full-time role in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), providing advanced care for newborns and infants. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and coordinating individualized care plans, delivering direct patient care such as treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, participating in evidence-based practice, and engaging in quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications include graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing and the ability to work in a clinical environment. The position requires a 0.9 FTE schedule with day/night rotation, every other weekend and holiday, and shared scheduling processes.
