Registered Nurse - Clinical Team Coordinator

The Clinical Team Coordinator RN supervises nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. They assist in developing improvements, provide direct patient care, and oversee staff orientation, performance evaluations, scheduling, and resource management.

• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal patient satisfaction.
• Assist with staff onboarding, conduct performance appraisals, and address performance issues.
• Communicate care-related information among team members and support policy implementation.
• Mentor staff, promote evidence-based practices, and serve as a resource for unit issues.
• Address patient and family concerns, document incidents, and follow-up on unit operations.

• Enrollment in or completion of Bachelor's or Specialty Nursing Program.
• Critical thinking, quick decision-making, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, stressful environments.
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret policies and coordinate care.

The role is based in a 30-bed Cardiovascular unit specializing in cardiac, vascular, thoracic, and medical-surgical patients, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to care for complex cardiac cases.
