Registered Nurse - Clinical Team Coordinator

Role: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating and supervising nursing care on a designated unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.

• Provide direct patient care and supervise assigned staff, assist with orientation, and support performance evaluations.
• Manage staffing, supplies, and patient triage, and address performance issues as needed.
• Communicate patient care activities, participate in policy development, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote evidence-based practices, mentor staff, and foster a positive, participatory environment.
• Ensure effective resource utilization, address patient and family concerns, and follow up on incidents.

Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's or Specialty Nursing program preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a commitment to excellence and safety.

Supervise nursing staff, facilitate unit operations, support professional growth, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations in a clinical environment.
