Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) in a fast-paced, 24-bed advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Develop and coordinate care plans, including education and discharge planning, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Deliver direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve issues and optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing license with specialty training, ability to perform assessments, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Experience in acute care preferred.
