LPN - Practical Nurse - Gastroenterology

Provides primary clinical support in outpatient settings, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and procedures.

Obtains patient histories, vital signs, and prepares patients for examinations; assists with minor procedures; collects and prepares lab specimens; administers medications and vaccines; ensures clean, organized exam rooms; and documents patient interactions.

Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; able to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care; strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills; and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Typically performed in clinical settings, complying with organizational policies and procedures. Additional department-specific skills may be required.
