Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Emergency Department

Role: Registered Nurse in an inpatient setting, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans in coordination with interdisciplinary team members.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Evaluate and revise care based on patient responses, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs and improve care delivery.
• Participate in decision-making, quality initiatives, and safety programs to enhance departmental performance.

• Graduate from a specialty training program in nursing.
• Prior emergency department RN experience required.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
