Graduate LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

This position is for a full-time Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating care activities, and supporting interdisciplinary team collaboration.

• Contribute to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, ensuring safety and patient satisfaction.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout care.
• Reinforce patient and family education, discharge planning, and support throughout hospitalization.
• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, following policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust plans as needed based on patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other team members to proactively meet patient needs.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making and provide mentorship to new staff and students.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment and adhere to policies and standards.
