Neurology RN/ Neuroscience Nurse, ICU Nurse, Emergency Medicine
This is a full-time inpatient registered nurse position focused on providing compassionate, high-quality care in a specialized neurology and neurosurgery unit.
Key Responsibilities:Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities; address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; coordinate care and patient education; administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures; evaluate intervention effectiveness; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; troubleshoot equipment; participate in quality and safety initiatives; and ensure excellent patient and family experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduate from a nursing specialty training program and meet licensing requirements. Ability to perform assessments, develop care plans, and work effectively in a team. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Duties:Manage diverse patient populations including neuroscience, medical/surgical, and telemetry patients. Adaptability to various medical conditions such as stroke, neuromuscular disorders, epilepsy, COPD, CHF, and trauma. Maintain compliance with policies and contribute to unit metrics and safety programs.
