DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATE- DANVILLE- $20/hr PLUS COMMISSIONS!

Join Fast Bridge Fiber to provide high‑speed fiber internet to communities in Danville. This hands‑on, in‑the‑field role involves door‑knocking, community events, and consultative selling to convert residents into customers.

• Engage prospective customers face‑to‑face using a consultative sales strategy, including door‑to‑door canvassing, hanging door hangers, and distributing marketing materials.
• Participate in local community events, pop‑up events, guerrilla marketing tactics, and marketing programs to raise brand awareness.
• Represent Fast Bridge as a proud advocate of the company.
• Explain the differences between Fast Bridge Fiber and the competition.
• Follow up with activated customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback; use referrals.
• Proactively follow up on all leads.
• Monitor competition to identify risks, issues, and opportunities.

9:30 am – 6:00 pm, weekdays and weekends. Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• No sales experience required, but highly motivated to earn money.
• Active listener with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven history of excellent customer service values and commitment.
• Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.
• Superior time‑management skills to hit sales targets.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Gracefully handle rejection and counter objections in a consultative manner.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; event participation is required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while engaging customers.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a criminal background check.
