As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will complete various tasks in the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment. You will install flooring, paint or varnish surfaces, fabricate metal products, and use journeyman‑level skills to perform carpentry and masonry work. In addition, you will plan assignments and conduct hands‑on training. As a lead worker, you will ensure efficient completion of tasks and compliance with all codes and regulations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information- Full‑time employment
- Work hours:
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch (hours may change based on operational needs) - Overtime as needed

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent)
- Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, involving at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades
- Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Require a valid Class C non‑commercial driver’s license
- Must meet Pennsylvania residency requirement
- Must be able to perform essential job functions
- Conditional offer will require a medical examination
- Position falls under the Older Adult Protective Services Act; conditional offer requires satisfactory criminal history reports (PA State Police and FBI clearance)
