Danville - Compensation: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Provide support for daily medical spa activities: telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, opening/closing transactions, and client care.
- Work a combination of weekday, weekend, and evening shifts, including opening and closing duties.
- Provide excellent client care and customer service.
- Answer and screen high volume of inbound phone calls.
- Manage appointments (schedule, move, cancel).
- Actively promote the clinic’s treatments, services, products, and programs.
- Respond accurately and promptly to all guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Accurately complete client transactions.
- Maintain composure while juggling multiple responsibilities, keeping clients a priority.
- Provide basic office administrative support including mailing, faxing, sorting, typing, and filing.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest matters per company policy.
- Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or GED required; AA preferred.
- 1+ years of customer or sales experience required; experience in an aesthetic setting preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Efficient and productive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong multi‑tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills with high accuracy.
- Team player who can work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency with Internet, Outlook, Excel, Word, and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Social media experience a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated good judgment, strong character, ethics, and high standards of performance.
- Experience in a medical office, understanding of cosmetic procedures or skin‑care products.
- Experience with Zenoti or other POS systems preferred but not required.
- Prolonged periods of: sitting at a desk, repeating same movements, talking and hearing.
- Occasional periods of: standing, walking, using hands and fingers, handling or feeling; reaching with hands and arms; climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; lifting or moving up to 20 pounds; occasionally lifting or moving up to 30 pounds.
