B&L Construction Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Traveling Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for our construction projects. The Traveling Construction Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by managing work quality, safety, schedules, and communication with all stakeholders.

• Project Coordination:
  Review and coordinate all work on the job site to ensure project success.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate with the B&L Project Manager, subcontractors, material suppliers, and the client's team.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Implement and enforce job safety protocols and ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
• Construction Documents:
  Read and interpret construction documents such as plans, scopes of work, contract agreements, and operational manuals.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect work in progress to ensure it complies with specifications and meets or exceeds the standards of our clients and B&L Construction.
• Schedule Management:
  Review job progress, adjust tasks to keep the project on schedule, and plan ahead by coordinating contractors and material deliveries.
• Documentation:
  Take daily and weekly photos, conduct weekly safety meetings, and complete weekly updates and reports.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Continue to learn the role and responsibilities of the position, increasing initiative from project to project.

• Preferred Experience in restaurant and retail construction (not required).
• Basic math skills, ability to use a tape measure, and use of basic hand tools.
• Proficiency in using a computer and smartphone for general correspondence.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Clear and effective communication by phone and email.
• Understanding of project requirements, company expectations, and client expectations.
• Professionalism: respectful, professional in communications and personal appearance, honest.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Travel required for this position.
