ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Greet customers, guests, visitors
- Provide event information
- Collect tickets and/or passes for entertainment events
- Mediate disputes and resolve customer complaints
- Verify patron or staff credentials
- Assist patrons with special needs
- Guide patrons to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency
- Usher patrons to seats or exits
- Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules
- Other duties as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work with the public
- Good speaking voice and quick thinking ability
- Flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift
- Well-groomed appearance meeting company standards
