• Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients
• Conduct initial consultations with patients to discuss dental procedures, treatments, and associated costs, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the recommended treatment plans
• Act as liaison between dentist and patient
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications promptly and professionally.
• Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and credit options that may be offered
• Routinely follow up with patients throughout the course of treatment
• Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area
• Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy security regulations

• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  1+ years of dental or healthcare receptionist experience
• Job Type: On-site, Full-time

• Salary: $16.00 depending on experience
• Bonus Pay: up to $300 additional per month
