Want to be the engineer who makes things happen, rather than just maintaining the status quo?
TRG's Growth Practice is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a key manufacturing facility. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll be the go-to technical expert for the plant

You'll work directly with plant leadership, operations, and maintenance to tackle challenges, improve performance, and help shape the facility's future.
You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with international engineering teams, bringing new technologies, innovative solutions, and global best practices into the plant.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:- High Visibility & Ownership: Be the plant's technical go-to, with direct exposure to leadership and the ability to influence key decisions.
- Real Engineering Challenges: Lead projects, troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Autonomy to Make an Impact: Identify opportunities and take ownership of improvements rather than simply executing someone else's plans.
- Global
Collaboration:
Work alongside international engineering teams to introduce new technologies and share best practices. - Hands-On Environment: Stay close to the equipment, processes, and people while driving plant-wide improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
