The Surveillance Agent aids in the over all protection of the Casino. Agents guard againgst internal and external threats through the use of gaming and security cameras.

• Has knowledge of all slot/game’sprocedures and Title 31 of Virginia State Gaming Commission.
• Ensures all surveillance equipment isoperatingatstartof shift, during shift and completion of shift.
• Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries.
• Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information.
• Reports all incidentsobservedon shift to the Director of Surveillance, Surveillance Manager,or on-shift Surveillance Supervisor
• Communicates incidents to pit personnel by phone.
• Endorses the business objectives,ethics,and values of Caesars’s Entertainment Inc.
• Operates a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system tomonitorscasino activities and prepares reports and logs.
• Assistwithtrainingof new employees.

• Must be able toworkaflexiblescheduleincluding evenings, weekends, holidays, and on an “as needed” basis.
• Must be able to work ina very fastpaced environment.
• Must be able to speak, read,write,and understand English.
• Must be ableto tolerateareascontainingsecondhand smoke.
• Ability tomaintainregular, predictable attendance according to schedule.
• Must be able to handle large amountsof information and take the best action necessary to correct the situation.
• Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout all shifts.
• Use of office equipment and computers.
• Ongoing games protection training.
• Must be able to interact with other departments,lawenforcementand court personnel.
• Must be able to obtain andpossessa VA Gaming License from the VA Lotter y.

• One year of games surveillance experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a security,casino,or surveillance related field preferred.
• Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to interface effectively withthe public and co-workers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
  Somecollegepreferred.
• Be ableto satisfactorily complete a90-day surveillance training program.
• Knowledge of all Casino/Hotel operations preferred.
• Strong communicationskillsrequired, both verbal and written.

Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour
