Reporting to theCasino Operations Controller , theCount Room Supervisormanagestheday -to-dayoperationandpersonnelof theCount

Room.

• Responsible for planning, supervising, andmonitoringthe work of the countroomteam members.
• Orders andmaintainsaninventory of operating supplies.
• Ensures internal control and safety procedures are always adhered to.
• Maintains compliance with Virginia Lottery regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Assures each count team and drop pick-up team is appropriatelystaffedand the drop is collected and counted most efficiently.
• Conducts Performance Reviewsbypolicies and procedures;provides feedback; coaching and development guidance as needed.
• Weighs, counts, wraps,and records slot drop according to procedure.
• Sorts, counts and records contents of table game drop boxes according to procedure.
• Responsible for general upkeep ofthesoft count room.
• Repairs andmaintainscount room equipment.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental,and company policies.

• Must have the manual dexterity tooperatea computer and other necessary office equipment.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for your entire shift.
• Fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraints.
• Must be able to handlea heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems,promptly.
• Must be able to speak, read, write,and understand English.
• Must be ableto tolerateareascontainingsecondhand smoke.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma required. College degree preferred. Any combination of education, training,or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisor experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years related experience required.
• A minimum of three to five yearsof
  
  Count Room experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, friendly, and confident manner.
• Must be able toget alongwith fellow team members and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be self-motivated and be able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Good mathematical and clerical aptitude foraccuraterecord-keeping.
• Ability to obtain/renew all government-required licenses or certifications, specifically a Virginia Lottery Gaming Permit  License

Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour
