• Provides various vocational services to enhance the employability of individuals with mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders, aiming to improve recovery through competitive employment in community settings.
• Offers job development services.
• Provides ongoing support to individuals actively seeking employment or already employed.
• Assists individuals in pursuing education and training.
• Coordinates assessment and work adjustment activities with the Department of Rehabilitative Services.
• Develops opportunities for supported employment and/or volunteer work.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, sociology, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, or another approved Human Services degree; or certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner in Virginia.
• One year of clinical experience within the past seven years providing mental health services.
• Must meet Medicaid requirements for Qualified Mental Health Provider.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Fingerprints, state and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug‑free workplace.

Annual salary range: $43,722 – $76,514. Excellent fringe benefits available.
