Responsibilities

• Provides individual, family, and group counseling to adults or children and families.
• Provides clinical assessments, intakes and develops treatment plans.
• Effectively interfaces with courts, social services.
• Provides community education, consultation, and crisis intervention services, as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements:
  
  M1:
  Masters degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work that includes coursework for licensure by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia.
• M2:
  Must maintain Virginia residency while providing Telehealth services.
• Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
• Annual salary range: $46,925 - $82,119.
• $5,000 Sign On Bonus.
• 15% Increase for Licensure.
• 7% Increase for Resident/Supervisee.
