Treatment Court Clinician

Responsibilities

Provides individual, family, and group counseling to adults and families; provides clinical assessments, intakes, and develops treatment plans; effectively interfaces with courts, social services; provides community education, consultation, and emergency services; understands the functioning of treatment court, while promoting recovery through coordinated response by utilizing a team approach.

• Min:
  Masters degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work including coursework for licensure by the Virginia Department of Health Professions (Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner). Successful completion of graduate‑level coursework required from the licensing board to begin licensure supervision/residency must be documented on the graduate degree transcript and provided upon request.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Fingerprints, state and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug‑free workplace.

• Annual salary range: $46,925 - $82,119.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
• 15% increase for licensure.
• 7% increase for resident/supervisee.
