. We help patients see more clearly and support our staff through on‑site training, career growth across 45 clinics in Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee, paid certifications, and in‑house tools.

• Answer multi‑line phone calls, reply to inquiries, and make outbound calls promptly and courteously.
• Register patients and verify records are accurate.
• Verify personal and insurance information for services and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and procedures and reschedule missed appointments.
• Process medical record requests and collect and process payments from patients.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of cash reports and monies collected.
• Complete other tasks as requested by management.

• Strong communication, outgoing, positive interpersonal skills.
• Healthcare and service industry experience preferred.
• Empathetic personality with attention to patients’ needs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work as a team member and uphold organizational standards and values.
• Demonstrated computer literacy (required).
• Excellent judgment, dependability, and diligence.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Willingness to submit to a background check.
