- Train, educate, and evaluate all patient care providers in ASD/ABA/behavior management.
- Oversee daily programmatic structure of patient care units, ensuring active engagement in therapeutic groups and daily tasks.
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and lead the facility by designing a research‑based continuum of care.
- Coordinate therapeutic incentive programs, collaborate with Medical staff, and serve as a Trauma Informed Care Champion.

- Master’s degree or Doctorate preferred in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Clinical Psychology, or related Human Services field.
- At least 5 years of experience providing services and leadership to programs serving children and adolescents with ASD or related neurodevelopmental disabilities, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Previous management experience preferred.
