Adult Behavioral Health Clinician
Responsibilities
Provides individual, family, and group counseling to adults and families; provides clinical assessments, intakes, and develops treatment plans; effectively interfaces with courts and social services; provides community education, consultation, and emergency services.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
M1:
Masters degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work that includes coursework for licensure by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia required. Successful completion of the graduate level coursework required from the licensing board to begin licensure supervision/residency must be documented on the graduate degree transcript and provided upon request.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
