We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Nephrology and dialysis team in a full-time, in‑person role.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in dialysis settings, including assessments, physical exams, and managing patients with chronic kidney disease and dialysis.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients on treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Supervision from an experienced Nephrology provider is always available.
Requirements include an active VA Medical license, DEA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in Nephrology is preferred but not required.
