ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the Director of Residential Services, the ICF Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that individual support services are in compliance with all federal, state, local and agency regulations; completion of functional assessments, writing skill building supports and monitoring each individual’s progress; staff training and completing monthly summaries; attending Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and the Specially Constituted Committee Meetings;
develop and implement individual’s service plans; complete required documentation; comply with all regulations applicable to program services; and assures individuals are treated with dignity and respect.

Minimum Requirements
- M1: Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
- OR Registered Nurse with a valid RN license to practice in Virginia
- M2: At least one year clinical experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- M3: Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$40,711 - $71,245
5% Increase for Qualified Mental Health Professional
