- Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members.
- Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner
- Administer expert massage and body treatments for various purposes and needs and in the specific time frame given.
- Provide consistent professional treatments as directed in training classes and accepted certification practice.
- Properly care for equipment and product used
- Communicate and describe in an articulate manner the spa offerings
- Compare and contrast the different services on the menu
- Recommend and up-sell services at the spa facility on property
- Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately
- Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education
- Works unsupervised for extended period of time
- Uphold all protocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
- Understand that as a representative of the Spa they will maintain a healthy appearance and a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area. Including extensive in-between client cleaning procedures.
- Maintains well maintained spa appearance, cleanliness and ability to work entire shift in a mask as directed.
- Comfortable around guests who may be in a state of undress
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve problems in fast paced environment
