Banquet Server role at Up to Par Management LLC.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $15.00/hr actual pay based on skills and experience.

Provides food and beverage services to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner; always ensures a positive guest experience.

• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Help prepare for and clean up after events.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests.
• Assist with event preparation, room set up, and tear down of tables, chairs, and place settings.
• Assist with catering staff members as needed, to ensure optimum service for all guests.
• May direct guests throughout the event.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Support other staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and quality regulations.
• Maintain composure in a demanding environment.

The Banquet Server will collaborate with a team of other servers and catering staff throughout each event and is supervised by a General Manager who sets schedules and oversees the events.

• Proven work experience as a Banquet Server or similar role.
• Must be professional and courteous to other staff and guests.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy objects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Relevant training and/or certifications.
