The Center for Early Success seeks an HR & Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting and human resources operations. You will work closely with senior leadership and an external CPA to support accurate reporting, grant management, payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
Strong Excel, budgeting, payroll, and confidentiality are essential. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus experience in accounting, HR, and financial reporting.
